• Cancellations allowed within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
• Refunds are only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
• Request refunds within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
• No refunds for: used items, earphones (opened), or sale items.
• Refunds processed in 7–14 working days via original payment method.
• Return shipping is covered only for defective or wrong items.

• We ship within Malaysia and selected international locations.
• Processing time: 1–2 working days after payment.
